Beware! The literally charge 123 credit on your bill without telling you. When I call the store they said yes we charge on every order. It’s credit card fee. Like seriously 2.75$ for credit fee plus there is no sign or anything. Totally scam. BEWARE

Oh my word XOXO Liquor & Smoke is no joke. If you are in the market for great prices as well as superior customer service stop by this hidden gem. They hands down have the BEST prices and largest selection of spirits and smokes to fit your need. From cigarettes, vapes to the humidor they have it all. From Wine, Beer to high end bottles along with Soda Pop, juices & snacks it’s a one stop shop for your daily and weekend unwind from the grind. Every member of the staff is friendly! Rohit especially greets everyone as they have been a long time friend. He goes above and beyond to help you find anything you need. I highly recommend you stopping by one of their two valley locations located at Las Vegas BLVD/Lamb inside of the Thunderbird Plaza.

First, it's much cheaper to go to CVS and other Branded stores to buy your liquor. I've been to many of the x.o. liquors on the eastside of Las Vegas, without a problem except for the prices. But this store specifically for no reason whatsoever found that it was ok to lock me in the store. There were about 7 other people in the store and even though I was only in the store for literally three seconds without touching a single product, before I saw the prices compared to CVS or Other stores were better, I walked out with anything in my hands, but saw the door was locked somehow. When I asked her what was going on, she just replied, "one second". After waiting about a minute for her to finish what she was doing with other customers I asked her how much longer things would take. She told me she thought I stole something even though it was obvious I wasn't in the store long enough. I was so embarrassed that I started to take my belongings off just so I could get out of this shameful situation I was forced into. After verifying that I had nothing in my possession from their store she let me out without so much as an apology. It was obvious this was just to appease whatever prejudice bone she had in her body to make me feel less than from someone giving her a temporary power. I called the manager to complain, and she lied to me about the store I was calling until I let her know she was being recorded. When I told her what happened to me, she just asked, "what...I can't lock my door?". Without giving me the cashier's name, she hung up in my face. The manager said her name was Katrina. I'll never go here again. In fact, I'm concerned about going to any liquor stores in this area. I can see why this store has such a very low rating. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else. I'll be filing a complaint to the Attorney General and Nevada State Labor next for this shocking practice.

The cashier was very friendly and even suggested some really good drinks I hadn't tried!

I’ve been here numerous times and the staff is always closing the store early. Never had a chance to buy anything
