Very nice looking store, however thats where any positive experience ends. Went there for a specific bottle of wine, early on a Saturday morning. Store was empty. Saw manager talking to liquor salesman. Waited for a break in their conversation, and asked where to find the wine. Manager looked at me like I asked for his bank account information. He grumbled the location. I retrieved it, paid and left. Will never go back. This business makes money besides itself. Would rather drink sterno then give bootleggers terrible customer service a dime. Better yet, go to Canal’s just down the road.. Lots of their help walking and they go out of their way to help!

How is it that an $8.99 bottle of Creme de Cassis on the shelf becomes $11.99 at checkout? A 33% markup that the manager makes me feel it’s MY fault but she can’t ’legally’ sell it to me for less than they paid for it. Sounds like that mistake has been made before, so check your receipts, friends. I’ll miss Lincoln’s advice but I’m not going back for more abuse.

Went there Wednesday around noon and had 3 young ladies that were more than helpful. Great staff it was my 1st time but definitely not my last.

First time I went in the store. I like Crown Royal and Crown Royal Reserve. Joe Canals didn't have either. Bootleggers had both. Got 2 of each. Bootleggers also had black, apple, XO, vanilla, and maple. This satisfied customer will be going to Bootleggers from now on

Ive been going for years. Will not return. Close convienant and good prices. Service is not great. Cashiers always gossiping/ complaining loudly amongst each other. Lately beer not as cold. Always was. Electronic payment issues. Lottery jackpot signs mostly inop. Single file check out line to funnel into one two or three cashiers when busy. Just not a fan anymore.
