An experience a must go to shake things up, there is a 3 drink maximum believe me you'll be fine with 2. Place is PRICE but kinda worth it. It's best to go for like a brunch or event. They have monthly bartenders classes which I hope to enjoy at least once. The food was burnt but the head chef came to apologise very friendly love the atmosphere would go back again

First time here, the drinks were delicious (a little overpriced but so seems the trend these days…inflation, ya know!?). Staffing was short so they were only offering a limited menu but the fry flight and the poke nachos were perfect! So good! Pretty slow on a Tuesday night so we got all of our drinks and food within 5-10 minutes. Our server was also very attentive but I’m sure that’s easier with a smaller crowd. Will definitely be going back!

I am a regular at Hollow Spirits and pretty much recommend them to everyone I know I am here almost every single weekend. I went yesterday and everything is completely different me and my friend were so disappointed. They have changed their food menu and now contract out their kitchen. Yes the food is good but nothing I can't get any where else. I go for the pork belly tacos and fry flight. I honestly don't think I will go back now the food was the biggest appeal I can get similar drinks at other distillery's. The service has also not been great lately we sat for twenty minutes only 3 other tables were seated and no one approached us or informed us of this food change. You now have to go up to a kiosk and order the food and pay and tip separately for food and drinks. I feel like this decision ruined Hollow Spirits.

I love the food and drinks here but the service has been super slow every time I’ve gone. Servers are polite but they need more of them and more bartenders. I’ve learned to order my next drink as soon as the one I ordered arrives so that it will arrive in a timely manner. The vibes are good though and I would def frequent here more if there were more bartenders.

The food is delicious. Best tacos ever. I ordered the taco trio. The pork belly was so crunchy, crispy meaty. Ir was very filling. I took home the beef and chicken taco. The beef was so tender and flavorful. I ate it with eggs in the morning. The chicken I ate with a salad for dinner. The drinks are wonderful. I feel like I'm on vacation every time I go there.
