This place was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed having a meal and drinks here at Albuquerque distilling. The bartender was extremely helpful, and really made the experience a delight. I have the sliders, and they were delicious. The chips are made on site, and they were a really nice change from Fry's or bagged chips. I'm definitely going to visit this place again.

We had a good time here for our first visit last night! The interior is beautiful and cozy, the vibes were great, the service was awesome, and the performer was fun and engaging! I like the location because it is far enough away from downtown to avoid the weekend night chaos, but still in a central part of the city. We tried two cocktails-the 505 Sunset and a classic Martini. We also ordered the loaded bar crisps with added buffalo ranch chicken. Everything was delicious! However, looking back at the menu, we are bummed that the crisps were missing the jalapeños and my martini didn’t have the lemon twist. Those little details really would have made the experience a five star one. It definitely would have stepped up the flavor profile on the crisps for sure. No matter-we will come back again soon to support this locally owned business and highly recommend stopping in for a drink!

This place is really great! I like that this place base their entire drinks around the spirits they make and keep the place a comfortable lounge vibe with open mike on Wednesdays and live music on Fridays. The food is more of an upscale bar food that delivers in quality. I should’ve taken a photo of my Ahi Mahi tuna salad, but it looked and tasted so delicious, I ended up devouring in the least classiest way. The spirits they make are whiskey, rum, vodka, and hooch all worth purchasing. Please come here and support your local distillery that care about their craft or cocktail art making.

This distillery has some very unique offerings compared to the rest. While new, they have some goals that are interesting and set them apart from the others. The whiskey was very good and I look forward to their eventual bourbon release. I also had the light rum in a daiquiri and it had a unique flavor I couldn't quite place but was good enough for me to buy a bottle. My fiance had a watermelon moonshine cocktail that was perfect so we walked away with a bottle of that as well. Overall this distillery has the NM pride and innovation that should keep it going for years to come. We look forward to making the drive up to El Paso again next year to see the changes.

Food is really great!!! Whiskey is great!!! We tried the fried Pickles, which come with a good amount of hand battered spears. Then we had the fish and crisps as well as the bleu cheese and pickled pear burger. Both were delicious and served with housemade chips, which we loved. We'll definitely be back.
