I've been going here for a long time. This last time I went here, I noticed an item rang up as $30 more than the price on the shelf. The shelf had the correct tag. The manager came over and gave me a story about how the company had to do a name change or something. And he said he can't sell it to me at the listed price. I was just glad I happened to catch it. Because I'll be buying several bottles all the time. This one just happened to jump out at me. And now I'm wondering if I've been overcharged regularly? Just kinda disappointed.

Great customer service! Was shown where in the store the product I wanted was located by an employee walking me directly there and every employee I interacted with was incredibly nice. I only got the name of the cashier, Crystal, who was just as pleasant. Would highly recommend this location. Cheers!

My girlfriend and I went shopping together there last week. It was early evening, it wasn't crowded. The service we received is worth mentioning. It was top notch. The folks working the floor helped us find what we wanted and the cashier was equally helpful at the very least! She helped us get the best price using coupons. She was courteous and personable and wonderful! Here's a big shout out to her and the folks that hired her!

Still my favorite store in the world. Got to sample the tequila before I spent $85 on a bottle.

Coming here in the middle of the afternoon on New Year’s Eve is like visiting a toy store on Christmas Eve. It was packed! But instead of frantic, stressed individuals, the patrons were happy and loved shopping for ordinary and extraordinary alcoholic beverages. We were on a quest for El Padrino, Reposadra. The Blanc was on the end of an aisle. We had to go down the aisle to find it. No worries. We also looked for Coors Light, and one of the friendly employees guided us to it. Prices are great here, by the way. Check out lanes were not too long, and while waiting in line, we engaged in conversations about our selections with others waiting for a cashier. Our cashier was patient and friendly. When we asked if they’d close early (nope) or close tomorrow (nope), he told us employees only have one holiday off a year - Christmas. I hope Total Wine treats their employees well because they are a treasure!
