I've been in many Total Wine & More stores and all have been good experiences but today was a GREAT experience at this particular store! I needed 2 bottles of wine for holiday gifts and 2 bottles for holiday dinner. Richard comes out of nowhere, hooks me up with a buggy so I'm not juggling the bottles I've already picked then helps me pick out a few more. His knowledge of wine is incredible!!! I was SO happy he was there to assist. When I checked out, the cashier was on the phone. She acknowledged me immediately and said she'd be right with me. A voice from behind said, "I'll take care of it." Another associate began ringing me up and boxed my wine until the cashier could take over. GREAT team work! I felt completely catered to and walked out of the store with a big smile on my face. EXCELLENT experience!

We decided to setup an appointment to get our wine and beer at total wine for our wedding. Richard had already picked out our selection for us which were right under our budget. All the wines and champagne were great and found the wine and champagne for our wedding. Richard is extremely versed on his knowledge of wine, history, and overall great salesman and person. He even helped steer us towards a higher value champagne for the wedding table and gave a great history about the champagne that sold us! We had a couple of changes with one wine have just less than we needed and he swapped it out with a direct comparable wine that was slightly higher price but said it was on them. Then we accidentally grabbed the wrong box and came back and he even gave us some champagne glasses. After this experience I'll be a life long total wine shopper, thank you Richard and total wine for helping us get drinks for our special day!

The staff go above and beyond to help me and make my shopping experience enjoyable. They always greet me as soon as I walk in the door and they always ask if I need any help. The prices are good, sometimes slightly cheaper beer prices than Walmart! I like the large selection of individual beers so that you can try out something new and see if you like it.

We recommend 100 % ,they have an excellent variety of wines,and Elias is a big person, friendly very knowledgeable about wines.

Very friendly and helpful employees but I always have issues picking up an online order. There is a bell for you to push at the pick-up counter and I have to ring it 3+ times before someone helps me. Many employees walking by or jumping on the register to check out other customers but walk away without assisting me, I usually have to wait for someone to come from the very back of the store to assist. Ridiculous wait for a pickup order. I am not sure if only certain employees can find/scan and hand me my purchased order or what, but I will not be ordering online anymore. I have done this 3 times now and have had the same experience every time.
