Hands down one of the best cocktails I've ever had, the Trail Mix made with their awesome whiskey. The bartender was wonderful and knew what she was doing. I also tried the flight of everything they made. Well worth it! We scooted over to the wine side and had just as great of a time. Pricing was also very fair, especially for the quality!

We had an amazing time at Cultivated Cocktails -- 3 times in one trip! It was *that* wonderful. Our first visit was for a tasting as part of a walking tour. We enjoyed it so much that we raced back that evening to try a few cocktails just before closing time. The final visit was the next day and Cindy and Zoe really dazzled with their creations! The vibe was very casual and friendly, like a curated bookstore that happens to have a beautiful bar. The store had complimentary recipe cards for their most popular beverages, and we could purchase all ingredients on-site. It's a fun, classy stop for visitors and locals. Cultivated Cocktails was a true representation of Asheville goodness and hospitality. Thanks Cindy, Zoe, and Greg for making us feel right at home.

Amazing cocktails and spirits! All of the bartenders were awesome and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their drinks. I would love it if they had a ‘year round’ menu that included some classics, but the seasonal cocktails were all very good and the staff were happy to make us a couple standards by request.

Family run cocktail bar, retail space, and distillery. All the alcohol they sell and use they make in house. Spirit tasting available. Specialty cocktail cards are available and all the ingredients are able to be purchased. Drink prices were quite reasonable for craft cocktails at $10 per drink….but thats using their spirits and not other brands. I had a Carmel Iced Latte which was delicious. Given the cream aspect of the drink I didn’t have more than 1 since it was kind of like having dessert. I’d say their version of a White Russian. Next round I had the Hot Blooded. That was very good as well. Their version of a margarita but made with gin (and I’m not a big gin drinker). Hot Blooded was the most popular drink of our 6 person group. With some people ordering 2 while others got it for their second round. Two in the group tried the Toasted Pecan Manhattan. That wasn’t a crowd favorite…really sweet. Shout out to Tim. He’s the owners Dad and also greeter/social butterfly. He was a lot of fun. Very friendly and knowledgeable and a big supporter of the venue, product, and his kids. Cheers to Tim!

My wife and I had a FANTASTIC time participating in the "Cultivated Experience" tasting. They generally keep it small but we were lucky enough to be the only 2 people participating so got a lot of attention and questions answered. The 8 spirits we tried (which compromises all 8 of their current offerings) were delicious and all accompanied with interesting commentary about the distilling process and these spirits in general. We especially loved the half-cocktails that came at the end, and appreciated the incredible amount of artistry that went into these, as well as their whole process. The "Experience" is a one-hour deal...there's a less expensive "Tasting" you can get which is also a half-hour shorter...I felt the one hour was really needed to not be rushed through the amount of tastings they were providing. If you're a connoisseur of spirits this is really a must-do experience in Asheville. High-quality deliciousness in your mouth.
