When my wife and I went into the store looking for a special bottle of champagne we knew we were going to need some expert help. Tom M to the rescue. His pointed questions helped us select the perfect bottle within our budget. Excellent overall experience. Friendly staff. We we definitely be back.

Great selection of wines. Nice looking store. They could do better though about acknowledging a customer when walking in the door. Lots of staff when I was there this past Saturday night, but they were all busy talking to each other and doing other things. A simple "hi" would be nice when you walk in! Never been here, heard lots of good things, so I expected more. Also, if you are looking for wine, it'd be nice if they'd initiate contact asking if you need help. I walked past staff but they were all busy doing something else. Improving these two things would make it a much better experience!

I've been here a few times now while passing through Charlotte on the way or from Florida as they have great prices for a wine I really enjoy. Great service, helpful, good prices and hours. Also good selection should you want something. The store is huuuuge. I am definitely going there again!

Just left out of this store in particular and spoke to the “on duty store manager” John telling him that the older lady that’s the cashier at the store does a lot of starring like I was doing something suspicious and hasn’t spoke or asked me for any type of help & it made me feel super uncomfortable he said he was going to say something to her…. Once he finally went to her to tell her whatever all you heard was him saying “I know” “I know” & shaking his head what kind of mess was that. I will tell people not to visit this total wine in particular and based on other negative reviews I see in similar reviews that others have had not so good experiences here as well.
