Great variety. (Revised after last visit) it's unfortunate how an employee can make or break an otherwise pleasant experience.

BOB!! Bob is THE MAN!! Every time I go in there and he's there I know I'm going to have LITERALLY a 10/10 experience! Sometimes I go in and don't even know what I want, I just describe what I'm in the food for, either beer or wine and Bob gets it right everytime! I'm pretty picky so for him to get new experiences right for me is very impressive! On top of that he knows exactly where the wines my wife likes are located within the store, he's personable and seems to really enjoy his job! I've been promising him a survey but forgetting to do it and he's never sweat me about it, I couldn't find it on their website so a google review will have to be the best I can do. I really hope he gets some super recognition.

Such a great place, this is my favorite location! Their wine selection is fantastic, and I used wine crates from here for my sisters baby shower... which looked amazing!! I very much appreciate how genuinely helpful Benji and Mike always are! Will 100% be back!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Total Wine & More in Raleigh.The store has an impressive selection of wine, beer, and spirits from around the world, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect bottles for my needs. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Total Wine & More in Raleigh to anyone looking for a great selection of drinks and top-notch customer service!
