I visited Total Wines & More over the weekend. It’s a very nice and well stocked store. The workers were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed just walking around the store looking and listening to the Christmas music. I went to purchase some moscato, and they had just what I was looking for, I even purchased a bottle of the moscato they serve at The Olive Garden. They have a points program for their customers if you sign up for an account online, there is also wine tasting if you care to try some. You can order online and choose a time to pick it up. I recommend Total Wines & More for your wine, beer and spirits needs.

Was told 2 bottles per customer of Veuve Clicquot online. When entered store , the 2 managers approached me and my coworker and would only allow us to only buy one each, because we were a group. Asked if we could just both buy two and was told no and they would let the cashiers know we were on the way, to deny us. Went down the road to Greens and had no issues buying the appropriate amount needed. Highly disappointed in the customer service today.

I love going here and sorting through all of the different types of beer, scotch, liqueur flavors... Etc. It is very well kept here, and every single employee I have encountered has been over the top nice! I was looking for Sloe Gin just the other day, and the employee over there knew exactly where it was, then bounced to three other customers telling each one of them where something was specifically. Excellent work dude! Embarrassingly, I did not get his name...

The manager, or whomever stands near the entrance is consistently friendly and says hello. The other staff is also nice and willing to help. The beer and wine selections are exceptional in comparison to most places but that is the basic tenet of Total Wine. However, the service is what makes this specific store stand apart

Be careful here. I’ve found that they mix a lot of their high dollar wines in with cheaper ones only to discover it at the register. This has happened on multiple occasions now and I’m going to stick with Greens. Greens selection is smaller but you know what you are purchasing.
