Terrible experience. I drove down from Akron to play Powerball at this business after seeing on Fox 8 news that they had a history of selling winning jackpot tickets. But when I get there I sttodvin line and then when the clerk went to scan my Powerball number picks the freaking lottery machine/server had crashed. I was sooooo mad. Some luck huh? I waited around in the Twinsburg area for about an hour and went back to the business and was successful at getting my tickets the second time around.

Absolute gem of a place hidden in a non-assuming strip plaza. Only found it because I was looking for some hard to find liqueurs and cordials, but I will definitely be back. Their beer, wine and liquor selection is top notch. The customer service was excellent also!

Fun fact: During the Bubonic Plague everyone drank beer because unknowing to them at the time when you boiled the water to make beer it killed the bacteria that was making everybody sick from the human waste being dumped in the city streets and seeped into the water supply. This is also the reason why the drinking age is much lower in Europe still compared to the United States. Bottoms up..!

Stopped in for my first time today. I’m guessing it was the owner I spoke with behind the counter, he was extremely friendly and helpful. Made a great recommendation and treated me with respect. Many stores I’ve gone to don’t treat an unfamiliar face with the same courtesy as regular customers but this was top-notch. Will definitely be stopping by more often, great customer service!
