Great selection of everything. I mean everything. It’s decently laid out. It’s a great location and parking is easy and getting in and out into the shopping complex is better than Avon Commons. My recommendation to the Owner: Just like how well you treat the demographic majority please pass it on to the demographic minorities as well (even a fraction would suffice if you ask me). You don’t even have to look very far. Your joint in Rocky River- they are so welcoming to All. I will be back in few weeks for another try before giving up on this location. The selection is just too good to pass.

I had an absolutely horrible experience there this morning in Fairview. An older gentleman (seems to be one of the owners) was extremely rude and professional to not just me but another customer as well. I understand that some of the bourbon guys can be a little tough to deal with but I was very polite to you. We are paying customers too and spend a tremendous amount of money at your stores. BEWARE PEOPLE ONE OF THE OWNERS IS AN @$$hole and does not value your business. I for one will not support someone e that devalues their customer base and thinks it ok to speak to be in the manner you did

We went in to get a brand of whiskey, that they didnt end up having. So we walked out without getting anything. The cashier came running after us and accused us of stealing. When he realized he was wrong, he just said oh, thats your wallet in your hand. What a jackhole. He doesnt have to worry about our business anymore. We used to stop here on our shopping route occaisionaly. Never again.

The old guy behind the counter is always so rude when I go for no reason. This guy is legit the Soup N*z* from Seinfeld. You're not allowed to look around or ask questions, just go in, buy your stuff and leave. Needless to say, they lost my business. There are plenty of other places to go - do yourself a favor.
