Time to stock up and I was looking for a great store with exceptional selection, we found an okay store with okay selection but questionable employees. I'm an older fella, been in a wheelchair for decades and acutely aware of access issues. This store like so many is a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues, they have placed so many endcaps, displays and just junk in the aisles and around their products that I simply could not navigate the store. When we first entered my wife attempted to bring the accessibility issue to one of the employees, his attitude was so blatantly dismissive, she said, well your complete lack of concern makes me want to shop somewhere else, his reply was, "okay" Luckily the bright spot of the visit was Wendy, she was also behind the counter and immediately attempted to make access available, she moved as much as she could then went on to assist my wife with finding products and just being an all around nice person. As for the store, it's unlikely I will ever visit again or recommend. Being handicapped, we found the parking a challenge also since the plow trucks apparently think that little blue sign and spot is where you put the piles of snow so the able bodied can park.

Some of the employees here are some of the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with in my life. I called and asked a simple question about a product and was told “I don’t have time for this” and hung up on me. If you hate your job that much, get a new one.

Had a short shopping experience there but pleasant. Was welcome when I stepped in the door, asked if I needed help and welcome to return. They have a diverse selection of drinks available

Always the best selections in spirits and vino. As an old restaurant wine master, I appreciate a local purveyor of good wines. Keep up the great work.

I've had a few bad experiences. They have a fee for using a card. You can only get one bottle of the rare or new bourbon, not even multiple if they're different brands. Was told they didn't have something in stock when I called, but when I saw online that they should have it (via the ohlq website) I called them back, and they then said they DID have it in stock. So I headed there, but 20 min later when I arrived it was gone apparently. Very disappointing experiences. I haven't been back since, and take my business elsewhere. As to your reply: So you also lie to customers about having something in stock? And don't put out all the bottles on the shelf? You keep them in the back.
