I had an absolutely horrible experience there this morning. An older gentleman (seems to be one of the owners) was extremely rude and professional to not just me but another customer as well. I understand that some of the bourbon guys can be a little tough to deal with but I was very polite to you. We are paying customers too and spend a tremendous amount of money at your stores. BEWARE PEOPLE ONE OF THE OWNERS IS AN @$$hole and does not value your business. I for one will not support someone e that devalues their customer base and thinks it ok to speak to be in the manner you did today.

Some of the most rude people that I have ever talked with. Would never go there to buy anything. Called to ask if they had a particular bottle of bourbon in stock. They would not answer any questions about what they have over the phone. Drove 40 minutes to get there to purchase it and got there and they said they don't care what the state website says. They got some in that morning and would not put it out until the next day.

Easy to feel like a bull in a China shop here, but they have a good selection.

There's a guy who's gruff and on the shorter side who thinks he's funny and makes all sorts of inappropriate comments, like disparaging comments about women, some comments I'm not comfortable even reporting. Grow up little man.

NEVER AGAIN !!! GO TO ANOTHER STORE... One that the managers treat the customers with respect!!! Ask Charles a question and he is sarcastic with his reply TO MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS. I don't know what the owners were thinking when they put him in charge of their business he has no right working with the public !!!!!!!
