We like shopping here because we can always get our Wednesday night meal from prepared foods which is the meatloaf dinner. But as for the staff they're not very friendly there are two that we came across that was very helpful and courteous but we can't say anything else for the rest. Even the manager that we the young man that we had to encounter due to a problem was not very friendly as well so this is why I rated it a three because the prepared meals that we receive is always there other than that I would have given it a one or a zero.

Service is hit or miss in general at any grocery store, however the liquor store is the one place you can count on GREAT service as long as you follow the rules :)! They are always friendly and not afraid to answer questions even when it comes to their opinions based on alcohol which is sometimes an issue elsewhere. Keep up the good work guys.

Due to the state of Ohio's distribution of allocated bourbons you virtually have no chance of buying an allocated bourbon unless you stand in line hour(s) before opening and with GE allowing people to get back in line to buy additional allocated bourbons, regular shopper has no chance. That's why I buy most of my bourbon in Kentucky.

I buy liquor there for the bakery. The employees are super knowledgeable about a lot of the products and makers. So far I have never not had a question answered to my satisfaction.

Lots of renovations going on. Interested to see how it all turns out. Made it a bit difficult to find what I was looking for. But all is well.
