Great tasting room and super nice staff! The decor is fun and super cozy; we went on 2/14 and had the place all to ourselves early in the afternoon and enjoyed tasting spirits and cocktails. Their jalapeno lime vodka and spicy bloody Mary mix is awesome. They also have a non-spicy version of their bloody Mary mix which is very good as well. The mix is not "watery" but on the thicker side making for that perfect BM! They sell a version of their bloody Mary in a can and they pretty darn close tasting like one made from scratch; these are perfect for traveling. Stop by the Pilot House next time you're in Astoria to sample some local made spirits and enjoy....cheers!

Great tasters for a good price. Enjoyed the conversation with the bar tender and his expertise on their alcohol. Regret not trying their absinthe!

I do not frequent distilleries but very much enjoyed my experience! Ben was at the bar and was very informative not to mention a great guy! I could have gotten out with just a tasting but ended up spending well over a hundred dollars for a gift pack, 750ml of absinthe, and 8 single serve cocktail cans that I expect to be great! Thank you Ben, you are awesome at your job!!!

The smoothest plain vodka ever. Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and generous owners. Great selection and variety of liquors. Try the absinthe. Highly recommend!

Great place!! Super solid product. Love the coffee liqueur. The single malt is delicious and my husband loved the anejo! We will definitely be back. Mike is absolutely fantastic at his job. He is exactly who I would want to represent my company. Can't wait to return!
