Bull run was a great little distillery. Anna was awesome, very helpful and fun to be around. Great customer service. Also there prices are great for their whiskey. Compared to westward whiskey at 100 dollars a bottle. This place was fantastic

B was the most amazing host! They were super knowledgeable about the booze, gave out lots of fun historical factoids and even laughed at my lame jokes!

What a great selection of locally-made whiskeys! They also make aquavit, Arak, Rye and a lot of other spirits. The tasting room is a bit tucked away, but it is absolutely worth seeking out. The room is cozy and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable about the spirits they sell. They were very generous with their time and knowledge. Right now, they can't have more than a few people in at a time and you should be wearing a mask when you're not tasting. I'm okay with that. This was a really great experience and it will be after the pandemic is over, too.

Jennifer and Lee are an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to whiskey and vodka making (and all spirits for that matter)! They have a very nice and unique distillery/tasting room in NW. I highly recommend all their whiskeys but my two favorite were the Pinot and Madera finished whiskey. Their vodka is very smooth as well!
