For a small town liquor store, they have most of what you need. It’s small, but has a decent selection. It’s a little more expensive, yes. Employees have been friendly. I do have three suggestions for how to be better, despite the fact I realize that no one has asked for my opinion. One, if you are busy doing something, greet the customers who are waiting, and let them know they are seen and will be helped asap. I have felt pretty invisible sometimes when two employees are doing something non customer related. Two, I know you have regulars, and I’m sure the staff has customers that they know and want to catch up with. But, I recently waited what seemed like a LONG time for the cashier to finish her conversation with a customer after the transaction has been completed. There were two other people behind me, and one man was getting vocally MAD. It was uncomfortable. Three, I have heard employees curse in front of customers on several occasions. I have heard the F word multiple times. Now, I myself do curse, but never while working. It’s just not professional nor appropriate. That said, I’m thankful to the people who show up to provide Florence with their boozy needs.

Praise God for this place. A little bit on the pricey side but we all need to make money.

Very rude staff. Called in to ask about availability and was given short answers and then hung up on. Staff needs training on how to deal with the public. OLCC shows they have stock but clam they don’t. I am finding I am deign lied to. But can’t prove it. I would not expect to have any kind of quality service at this store.

These guys often will list some harder to find bottles only to tell you they never had them. I don't know if they are incompetent and do nto know how to post an order, or doing it so people would come in under false pretenses. Either way, they need to get their act soon.
