By far the best whiskey i've ever had. Really smooth flavor, notes of vanilla and almond, it is an absolute must if you are a whiskey enthusiast

If you’re looking for a local distillery that delivers, look no further than Springhouse. The Parkesburg area may have some big names in beer like victory but for years hasn’t had a local distillery. Each spirit is named after the people and animals who lived there adding to the appeal of this local gem. They do most of their business online, but you may find them at a local event. I bought their bourbon, the Doc Windle and got a little chemistry lesson on how to best enjoy it. I can’t wait to use this bourbon for canning peaches.

These folks really outdid themselves today!! I mentioned in passing that I was going to bring my wife here for a tasting on her birthday. Jenn went so above and beyond, having a small area set up just for us with delicious slices of cake and beautiful fresh flowers. The atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting, and Randy had so many interesting facts about how the spirits were made. I cannot thank these folks enough for making today extra special!!
