The staff are always kind and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. They always help me to choose the best wine for my palette, even if it's one I've never heard of or tasted before. They always make good suggestions based on my preference, which is quite impressive.

Hostile staff that should *never* be tasked with interfacing with the public. Trashy location not deserving of the quarter it costs to park. Would not return. Stay away from the two women there, especially (red-head and a brunette who looks lost). The older gentleman has never been a problem.
