Made another trip to Rock Valley Spirits and all I have to say is "AMAZING"! Jim and Terri are always great and Terri's Maple Pecan Old Fashioned was for sure the best drink I've ever tasted! Any trip without a stop at Rock Valley is not a trip I want to be on!

Wow! This place is one of the most unique and authentic distilleries. They do a wonderful tour and the products are just fantastic. Everything about this place is very picturesque and beautiful. It’s worth visiting even for nondrinkers. For a moment there you might think you are in Scotland not the Catskills.

We visited Rock Valley this past weekend after meeting Jim and Terry at the Callicoon farmer's market and tasting their wonderful spirits. They are both so welcoming and the distillery is set on a beautiful piece of land with amazing views! We will definitely be going back.

Our group had a fantastic time at Rock Valley Spirits. Terry and Jim gave a fantastic tour, tasting, and made unbelievable cocktails. They were a pleasure to speak with as well. Note: Google is saying they're temporarily closed. My understanding is that this is only for walk-ins; Terry informed me that if you call them you can arrange for your group to come (as our group did!).

Stopped by last Sunday and was greeted by the owners with open arms a quick tour and a break down on entire operation. Then to the bar where we had several drinks and great conversation on the history of the area. Highly recommend!
