I concur about the one particular employee there. I was approached and publicly embarrassed by him a while ago. I just left. Before that and since he is always lurking about. I feel a bit uncomfortable or, unwelcome in a general way when I'm there. Definitely no people skills and I might add, a tad misinformed about public dress codes and/or requirements. Otherwise, generally unpleasant. The store is clean. There is a nice selection to choose from. There's a lot they don't have. But, I'm not sure who decides what gets put in a store.

There is a manager here with long gray hair who is so unpleasant and unkind. Pete, his name is Pete. Try to avoid him. He is very intimidating and confrontational. I do not like shopping at this location because of him. I have seen him bully his employees, of which I found to be quite pleasant, so I can't imagine why he is so rude to them, or why he would be in front of the customers. I can't imagine how he treats them when there are no customers around. It truly is a shame. When I need to shop for wine and spirits it is my preference that someone accompanies me when I shop this location. I wish the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania would do everyone a favor by putting this miserable person behind a desk where he has little to no interaction with other people.

I have been going to the store since it opened. However, they have hired a man there and I think his name is Moe. He has been mean and nasty to me. I don't know why... I am afraid to go in the store. I will be going to the Danville store so I don't need to deal with this man. Someone should correct this situation, His customer service skills are horrible. It makes very ill.

Always friendly and professional here. Hours are so short during the quarantine, tho. I know it's not the fault of the employees, who I never had a problem with. I wish the state would be more consistent with state run stores tho, esp when it comes to such basic things as hours of operation.

Every time I go to check out the employees make me feel like they're doing me a favor by checking me out. They're the best game in town, unfortunately they're still in this town. It's obvious that your employees are local yocals and don't know how to work or interact with people not from the region.
