Horrible experience after the new year I expect people at the counter to be crabby and rude during the holiday and leading up to it but there was no excuse for today. A woman named Judy n was incredibly rude to me and my 67 year old father after spending $200 there and parking 3ft outside of their window where they could see us we asked to use a cart to push everything out she was incredibly rude and insensitive and laugh. When I ask to speak to a manager she laughed more and said he would just tell us the same thing. However the manager came over and handled the problem very customer service friendly he is to be commended. However after he handled the problem she started laughing and snickering and mocking me and my father at which point I said to the manager he did an excellent job and I told her that she has done a horrible job and that she is in the wrong field to deal with people if this is how she treats them at which point as I walked away she said something about elitist white people under her breath so I walked out of the store before I lost it on her next time I'll travel 5 miles to the Douglasville location where I know people can treat you with respect or at least common human decency fire Judy should be there 20 20 resolution

I was in the store twice while I was on vacation in the area. I would have to say the woman that works there is great she was friendly and accommodating. If I was rating her I would have given the place 4 stars and I hope her bosses appreciate her. Unfortunately, the man that was there is miserable. The first time I was there, I put my hand out for the change and he threw it on the counter, instead of handing it to me. The secound time, he complained he had to go in the back and get me change because I paid with a hundred dollar bill. I was on vacation and that is all I had.

I ordered 60 dollars worth of food, the driver was nice, however the food was subpar. We called to let them know the order was wrong and the person on the phone hung up on me. I would rate them lower but no stars is not an option.

Smaller than your average store of the same name. But well stocked and clean. It wouldn't hurt some of the employees to smile and say hello either.

It's a small, dirty store and they have really lousy hours. The employees at the register act like you are bothering them when you take your purchases up.
