SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS! We bought a good bottle, and it was corked Can't even exchange it, even though it's basically full, for another one of the same. Next time I want wine, maybe I'll take my business to their competitors. Oh wait...

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. It made the trip a pleasing experience

Showed the salesman a photo and the wine was in my hand in under a minute. Very knowledgeable. A must buy item, even for those who aren't much of a wine drinker. Sweet and light.

I left behind a bag in the Murray Ave store with three bottles of wine in it (don’t ask), and when I got home and discovered my oversight I went back. The staff was SO nice, joking and pleasant. “We’ve been waiting for you!” they said, adding that one of them had gone outside and called after me, to no avail. Their good humor made my day.

People with out of state ID's, beware. I’m just posting this now because I decided to review local businesses before moving. A few years ago, the manager of this store confiscated my license and then threatened to call the police on me when I asked for it back. He and another staff member insisted it was fake without any evidence, and made a big scene about it in front of a lot of other customers. At the time I was a PhD student, I was 26/27 and I had a driver’s license and car here from my home state. I was trying to purchase a single bottle of wine. Either the staff at this store have never seen a license from another state, or they had a chip on their shoulder and decided to take it out on a younger woman who was there alone. It’s their right to only accept PA ID’s, but they could have just informed me of this policy. I haven’t been back to a Fine Wine store since.
