Got all my goodies for my holiday planning. Ordering was easy and supplies stocked. Customer service kind, knowledgeable and sparkling. Side note: what is this devilishly tempting icecream?! hehehehehe

This is an amazing store that is staffed with wine, American craft beer, and European beer experts. The layout is perfect for browsers and quick in and outs. I love the staff recommendations and the ratings tags on different products. The tasting samples counter staff are either Total Wine experts or different distillery or vinyard representatives.

Came in looking for a sour beer. Asked for assistance from a woman working in the beer section. Was told they were just mixing and I'd have to find one. I then asked if she knew of any had a good strong taste at least and was given a lecture on alcohol content which had nothing to do with what I asked. After one around aimlessly for 10 minutes getting more and more frustrated I left and went to bottles where someone actually assisted me.

This place is awesome and huge. Everything is here if have the time to look at all of it. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Got to check this place out. They even have a cigar room.

Always an adventure learning about new spirits you might not have known about. If they don't have it they can certainly help you figure out how to get it. Their recommendations are spot on!
