Love Bottles. Shopping here is better than Total Wine. It's local, the staff is incredible nice and their selection of craft beer is incredible. Their willing to help you find anything you need and the store is nice, neat, organized, and clean. Definitely shop here instead for an overall better experience.

I don't understand these 5 star reviews, but American Idol is the most popular TV show so there you go. Prices aren't my main sticking point but, compared to Green's and Total Wine, Bottles is the highest so strike 1. Customer service... never been there once where I didn't feel like I was burdening them, strike 2. They put a local liquor store owner that everyone love. Strike 3. Stop supporting mediocrity please folks. Go to Green's first, and they're local.

Love this store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. They don't hide things from customers "in the back" and you can usually find great stuff in their case if not on the shelves.

I always make it a point to stop here when I visit Columbia. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I think the prices are very reasonable and sometimes they have hard to find items. They also offer several new items that aren't available where I live.

I was looking to purchase items for a trip with coworkers and stopped in the store with my daughter. I've noticed several times in passing that children were accompanied by adults in the store. However, I was denied service because my daughter was a minor. As we were leaving the parking lot, a man was leaving the store with his daughter (a minor) and his purchased items. If it's the policy, at least be consistent.
