Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very good selection of liquor, beer, and wine. Prices are good. I shopped at this store regularly when I lived on James Island and continue to stop in when I am in town and have need for adult beverages of any kind. I highly recommend this business.

We arrived late in the evening, just before closing. Visiting the city and didn't know the store hours but the staff was friendly and helpful without being rude at such a late hour. No doubt they were ready to go like anyone would be. We found all the the items we were hoping to find at prices far cheaper than anticipated. Total Score.

These folks have their act together. We'll arranged and easy to find. Very clean and isles well defined. Their stock and choices outstanding. All employees very helpful and willing to assist or advise.

Rude staff, especially Connie! Pre judging a book by it's cover. She tried to inform me on some information that I wasn't asking for. In which she completely right but wrong in this scenario. She asked my daughter and I for our ID's. In which I was carrying the wine bottles and she was carrying the sparkling cider. Telling me that someone under 21. Do not need to be carrying a wine and which my daughter once again was carrying the Martinelli's sparkling cider. Without an apology, she was judging my outside appearance. This isn't good for Total Wine's image as a company.
