Drive by and had to stop because of the logo. The cocktails are terrific and reasonably priced but the service (Ethan) was the best! Smaller tasting room, but comfortable and friendly. A must visit.

What a great spot! First off, Nathan was absolutely amazing, informative and a great bartender! We thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of the Nippitaty gins we tried, as well as the cocktails. My favorite was the cucumber cocktail, made with the Nippitaty original organic gin, which is very citrus forward with big hints of cardamom and cinnamon. I absolutely loved this place, the gin, the service and the very informative bartender.

I’ve driven past this place many times, but never stopped in. But that changed last week when I had friends visit me from out of town. We decided to give Nippitaty a try and were NOT disappointed. The bartender (Ethan) was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the drinks. We sampled them all and fully realized that gin, done correctly, is incredibly complex and tasty. We tried the cocktails and they were very refreshing and unique. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for downtown, and therefore bought a bottle of gin to enjoy until we return. It was even personally delivered to my door because we didn’t want to carry it around town. Thanks for a great time! We’ll definitely be back.

Bartender was friendly and helpful. They specialize in gins and gin drinks, and their gins are nuanced and complex. They have a vodka and a bourbon as well. They have some local beers and ciders, as well as a few food offerings, which I unfortunately didn't get to try while I was there.

We are from Nashville so whiskey runs in our blood. This vodka and gin, however, was fantastic. Or distillery/bartender was amazing and incredibly friendly. As a local, he gave us ideas of places to eat and to visit. Oh, by the way, the gin and vodka were amazing too! We had a couple of cocktails, the Moscow Mule in the English Mojito were incredible! We bought a bottle of vodka and a bottle of gin to take home and we are going to enjoy them thoroughly. I hope this place flourishes and grows because they deserve it. Their product is great and their service is even better!
