Very cool visit (and tour by Jay) at High Wire Distillery, after having their Hat Trick Gin in restaurants all over Charleston… the cocktails were so delicious 😋

Jay is awesome at tours, and Shawn rocks out the mixed drinks. We've learned a lot from both, all while enjoying this hidden distillery. First picture is Carl whom makes white dog, and the last picture is of Nadine whom makes all the other liquors (vodka, gin, rhum, Amaro).

Definitely a cool little craft distillery to check out. They have some good bourbon and other spirits to try. A good stop if you want to check out some local bourbon in Charleston. Will not disappoint.

Excellent! Had a great time at the distillery. Enjoyed the short tour. All of there products taste fantastic! Great staff and great environment! I've never had any interest in gin but their gin may have changed that! Update: 2 months after visiting the distillery, I found a bottle of their bourbon (Revival) at a local store. As a bourbon enthusiast, I have tested and tasted dozens of bourbons. Revival is now at the top of my list. The Jimmy red corn adds an incredibly intriguing and unique taste. High Wire has done an amazing job crafting a fine bourbon. If you enjoy bourbon (of even if you don't), don't pass up the opportunity to give this stuff a try. On a side note, their gin is very hard to find outside of Charleston; stock up while you're there.

What a fun time with a group of friends when you need a break from touring mansions! Had a blast and learned so much on our visit and tasting. Knowledgeable staff and fun vibe.
