Huge selection. Amazing prices! A handle of Jim Beam was $20. A 750 of Jack was $20! Great staff. Huge walk-in humidor with a great selection if cigars at good prices. And a Tasting bar!

I hate to leave a low rating of this establishment but we did not have a positive first experience at this location. There was an extensive selection of wines and liquors at great prices. The place was well organized, clean and staffed. However, I will say the customer service has not been held at the same standard. When we were shopping at the store, we were not greeted or approached by any employee. This was a missed opportunity for them to make a sale, help a customer and establish new clientele. When we got to checkout, I immediately presented my ID while the cashier got some boxes ready for us. Before he started to ring us up, he asked my boyfriend who is clearly older than 21 for his ID. My boyfriend stated that he did not have his ID on him but he could step outside since I had my ID and I was making the purchase. As he was walking out of the store, the cashier got upset and said aloud “you can’t just leave like that” and a manager had to step in. This was a misunderstanding since this was our first time at the store and it was not communicated during the initial checkout process about their store policy. Although the manager handled the situation in the best way he could, we just felt that this was not positive first experience at this store and we will not be returning for any future purchases. **Update: The store policy we were told by the manager was a group policy for members that look 50 and under. Which is not the same as the policy set by the owner - if it was the case, it would not apply to my boyfriend who appears older than 30 (he is 43). They definitely need to make sure their managers/staff understand their age policies**

I had the best experience today at this Total Wine & More. A lady named Coco helped me and not only did she know where every item was that I wanted but she checked the store inventory for items that were or weren’t in stock. She was very patient, friendly, kind and helpful with my decision making. She’s a keeper. We need more folks like her that actually connect with the customer. The store was clean and organized. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

My favorite beverage store. Not what I would say is super-convenient for me, but I don't mind making a "destination" trip for TW. It's like a Costco for beverages. It's a wonderful place with helpful staff. It's a rare day when they don't have something I went in there for. And some of those times it is because it isn't available here. Barring supply chain issues, they're pretty well-stocked on everything. Don't forget they have 🍺kegs, and 🧀 as well.
