Very friendly and helpful employees. They always put up with my many questions.

The store is well stocked . We were looking specifically for Alan Jackson's collectible Silverbelly Whiskey. The cashier found it for us with a smile and a chat. A convenient stop to shop with friendly staff and lots to choose from.

Here was my experience today... I don’t drink liquor nor know anything about it. I walk in and find everything I need on the list for the gathering except one item. I ask the grey headed guy “Not the Owner”(The owners are wonderful people). I asked him a few simple questions and it resulted into him literally telling me to “Get the F&$@ out”. Luckily I seen one of the owners and asked for her help. And as always, she was very nice and pleasant. I will never go to this liquor store again . I will continue to go to the car wash and tobacco store until I see him at either one. Never have problems at either one. This experience was simply shocking at the employees reaction when I asked if there was a difference in certain type and where it was .

On September 24th, 2019 had a bad experience with the cashier i only purchased six bottles of wine and my friend also purchased six bottles i was charged for seven bottles and when it was brought to their attention he said oh i gave her two discounts well what about my freaking discount! I didn'nt receive a discount, no refund or my bottle of wine which i was charged for but did not get! I will no longer be going there. The only thing she needed to do was to look at my receipt i just left the store because i was about to get heated!

Decent selection. Good customer service. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I overheard the clerk and another customer talking and the clerk said a few "iffy" jokes that could be considered pretty racist about inidan immigrant business owners of other liquor stores locally. I shop at most liquor stores in cookeville and this one is the worst one I could say due to this experience.
