Regardless of the time of year I go here the selection is underwhelming and the store always seems packed. The lack of options is less then desirable and it always seems picked over. However the cashiers are always friendly and quick to get you through the line. Anyone on the floor is really helpful for helping you find what they do have or at least can direct you to the app and tell you what store has what your looking for. The parking lot is also a horrendous nightmare and almost had someone back into my car multiple times. For being in a downtown location it's really sad the lack of options the size of the store.

Excellent service. Jon is super knowledgeable and Samantha was friendly. I didn’t get the name of the cashier person Samantha took over for this afternoon but they were friendly as well. Security was on point and friendly as well. The store was clean and organized. They had what I needed. I went around 2 pm right before it got super busy luckily. Parking was super convenient.

Was very clean and I found everything I wanted easily. Prices were accurately displayed. Cashier was friendly but they needed more open registers. Line went pretty quickly after a customer with $800.00 purchase was finished checking out. 3 pm was a great time to go.

Always crowded, parking is a nightmare, and usually doesn't feel very safe. This is expected when it's the only liquor store for miles because this state is run by zealots. I don't blame the staff, they're great and deal with a lot. I blame the state government. This location actually has a good liquor selection though, unlike the wine store location on 300 W. Makes sense as it serves thousands of customers due to self-legislated monopoly.

Staff cashier's are friendly with great attitudes, even when busy. The woman security has personality issues and is rude. Also, please DO NOT BLOCK OUT ADA PARKING... Where the hell else can you park if you LEGALLY need to use it. ?? Security lady please rethink your parking strategy as well as your bad attitude.!! Smh
