Small but effective store with variable selection of wine and beer. You'll likely find your brand of import beer but it'll either be bottle OR can (larger stores usually have both). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the local craft breweries and willing to help you find or recommend trying unique brews. Good prices and sales throughout.

I’ve been coming to this total wine for the last seven years or so maybe longer. They typically have my selection, and I’ve never encountered an issue here. However, this evening I came here to purchase two cases of beer. I couldn’t find any shopping carts so I went in the store and carried them individually to the register because I have a broken arm. Upon leaving I kindly asked the lady at the customer service desk if it was all right if I left a case of beer at the counter, while I carried one out to my car so I could come back in and grab this one because I only have one arm. She said sure go ahead leave it right here. She wasn’t busy. There were two people behind the desk. They weren’t doing anything. Never once did they offer to help me. I won’t be back. There are other places that would tend to my needs without me having to implement them.

Huge selection of wines. Staff were helpful and fairly knowledgeable about the wines. They also offer a membership point system. I'm not from the area so I opted out. But if I lived in the area I'd join. Overall very positive experience.

I'm a member for year I move from Reston town center and I went to buy my beer the cashier and the manager rasis ask me WY use paper bag I'm a customer. They need to be trained to be a good customer service
