Very good selection of wine and beers. I will add more details later.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. We went into the store to the champagne section on December 31st at 3:30pm to pick up champagne for New Year’s and this large dark-haired white man yells from several feet away “HEY,” to seemingly get our attention, and then yells, “ARE YOU WITH YOUR PARENTS?” to which me and my friend both reply “No?” and then he says “I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SEE BOTH OF YALL’S ID’S” in a loud, aggressive and accusatory tone. People started staring and we felt embarrassed and rattled. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. And I have never had to show my ID in the middle of an aisle before when I was shopping, especially when I know they will check our ID’s at the cash. It was so disrespectful to be asked if we were “with our parents” when we are fully of age to buy and drink alcohol, there needs to be a more calm and respectful training for how Total Wine and More trains their employees to check IDs. After handing us back our Virginia-issued ID’s he nodded slightly and gave NO APOLOGY for his incredibly rude and uncalled for behavior. When my ID is checked, I expect to be treated kindly and respectfully. I felt treated like a criminal because of this employee’s false assumptions and conclusions.

Been shopping here for 20+ years! They have just about anything that you can possibly want. Coming here is like going to Disneyland.(for those 21 or older, of course) 😍

My no.1 favorite place to go for beer and wine shopping. LOVE the selection, service and prices. They have the most educated and knowledgeable staffs to help you out with any wine questions. It’s also great that ABC is in the same shopping center 🤣

Not a great experience. They seem very busy and they have an extensive display but I've begun calling this place "Total Ripoff" based on the fact they charged me for 5 bottles of champagne at Christmas instead of the 4 I actually purchased! I think going to the local grocery store is actually a better experience and I feel less taken advantage of.
