The store was ok, the staff are friendly and helping in need. I could give better rating if the store had german augustiner lagerbier hell (helles vollbier) which I looked for.

I am super disappointed in the staff this day I made a purchase at this branch and I bought 4 bottles of wine and they charged me 5 I called on the phone when I got home and they told me to return to the store only with the receipt and I arrived Connor attended me I think It's the manager and the truth Very bad service because I know the cashier got confused we are human but they practically stole a bottle from me and it's not about money 💰 but they charged something I didn't buy Very bad service and because I'm Latina I know I didn't they returned ahhh but if it was an American person and they know that it would have caused them a problem they would have returned it to them I am disappointed

Best Total Wine and more store in the area! Frances E. is always there to assist or recommend a beverage or new Champagne for me. The selection of Champagnes is amazing ranging from high to low in price, delicate wines in all. Thank you, Frances for the latest recommendation. Enjoyed.

My wife and I visited the store to purchase non-alcoholic beers. They asked for our ID’s and I presented my DL and my wife showed a photo of her passport. I understand that her ID is not really a valid form of ID, but we were trying to purchase non-alcoholic beer, which even a minor could purchase at any other stores. It wasn’t the first time us purchasing non-alcoholic beers at this store, but the new manager was being so picky about their policy emphasizing how they have to check for ID even when a customer is buying a bag of peanuts. It was just so hilarious for them to be so picky about selling non-alcoholic beer. I wonder if they wont sell a bottle of water if you are a minor…
