They will try to steal from you if you come in and are “having a good time”. They’ll add 20 to your total and hope you don’t notice. They maintain the sign saying “review your purchases before buying no returns” for that reason.

This place has employees ripping people off by purposely overcharging them, while simultaneously stalking you around the store as though you're trying to steal from them. The irony is amazing.

Guy answered the phone like he already delivered what I asked for but I had never placed an order or talked to this company.

I would not recommend this place of you enjoy good customer service. Multiple times I've been quoted over the phone a specific price just to come into the store an hour later and it being upcharged by nearly 3x. Additionally if you enjoy finding rare items, often times you'll be first on a list, and randomly when your item comes in the store employee will say "You said you were out of state today so I sold it." Despite you calling earlier to confirm. Honestly they used to be great, but they are super scummy now
