I came here with a couple of my friends. Both of them were 21 at the time. I was 20. Didn’t know whole group had to be over 21 . I understand it was a mistake on my part and I genuinely did not know. At checkout, Male cashier in a white shirt demanded us to get out in the rudest way possible. Could tell he was short-tempered given his immediately raised voice . Truly seemed like he was trying to cause a scene on purpose to embarrass us. Could have been handled way more politely. I am 21 now and I would not come back ever again. Very unprofessional. Would rather give my business to a store who treats their customers with some respect. I kindly ask anyone else who thinks of going here to go somewhere else. Response: I already understand your policy now and my review was never based on the policy but the rude customer service. It sounds like you are justifying the horrible behavior of your employee because I was under 21. Good to know and gives me more reason to not come back. Would have been a 5 star review from me if it was handled professionally and not through yelling.

Staff needs to be better trained. Incredibly rude to my group of friends. Our cashier did not need to be condescending. She could have simply stated the fact and the rules of store, but no she has to be on her high horse and belittle us.

Mediocre experience I had in this place w my husband. we look quite young but were in our late 20s. we came for specific items he wanted to get but at the time of checkout they request both our IDs. im european so i dont carry my Id everywhere and i dont even drink alcohol, thought this was pretty targeted. we even asked if i could wait outside or in the car while he paid and they declined “ bc they could get in trouble”. Oh well, 2 less customers for this place ! 😉

We came here with a group of friends. Everyone in the group is over 21. At checkout we were asked to show ID and we both did. A couple of friends had their ID in their car and was going to get it. Before we had time to explain that my friends were leaving to get IDs, we were greeted by an eye roll from the female cashier and told “it was common sense that this is illegal” in the rudest way possible. The cashier then walked away and shaking her head to get a manager and it feels like she is busting illegal actions. It feels very condescending and discriminating. We had no issue with store policy of showing our ID and we respect that. The issue is she did not even ask us to show ID and automatically assumed that we are buying drinks illegally. We felt discriminated against because we are Asian and because our appearances. Especially everything we are doing is LEGAL. Later we came back with everyone in group with IDs and was refused service by the same cashier. We were frequent customers and we will not visit ever again after this incident. Manager did not offer a solution and no apology from the cashier at all…I kindly ask anyone else who thinks of going here to go somewhere else.

First time in and great first impression from selections as it definitely is lots of wine and more. Came in for some things shopped online to then walking through the aisles with a basket as a bonus. There was one weird interaction with an employee but nothing to wine about.
