Out of the 3 wine and more stores I have been to this is my favorite so hard. The staff was helpful. They also had a good beer tasting last time that was very informative. Great selection and great prices.

Very helpful staff, compared to Tacoma bevmo. Feels fine to ask questions, staff don't look at you like you owe them money. Very good run store! Maybe their competitors should step up their customer service training. Great job total wine & more!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of selections. And free samples! It would be nice to have a selection of refrigerated juices and maybe fresh lemons and limes available. Oh and did I say free samples?? I was offered a sample of a vodka brand that was very good and available at a great price that I would have not even considered purchasing! Thank you Total Wine & More Staffperson! I cannot recall your name but you had gorgeous hair!

So much stuff! It was a bit overwhelming, but there was a lot if staff in the aisles offering help. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about where things were and opinions on the actually merchandise. Great experience!
