I found this little hidden gem about a month ago. Admittedly, I'm a new bourbon hunter and things seem pretty standard in the Madison area. Yes, some of the bigger stores in town may have some things they don't and maybe you might save a buck or two, however, I guarantee there are reasons to buy here if you are in to bourbon/whiskey. The loyalty program is legit and I appreciate the transparency of it. I feel like points at the totally big store never really amount to anything. So, it may not be the fanciest or biggest but it might be the best in town? At least for my needs. I highly recommend giving it a try. I know that I'm glad I did.

Great store and staff. Nice selection of beer and whiskey. Gold card program to reward and show appreciation for loyal customers. Sam is fantastic, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and has helped me on multiple occasions obtain a special bottle that I otherwise would have had zero luck getting. Always look forward to my trips to Village Liquor.

Super friendly staff, reasonable prices, very wide selection of alcohol. I've had them special order things for me before. Definitely worth a visit.

Eat 8 in and out. They have gold tickets you can collect for each purchase and then turn in for money off. I was going to buy stuff anyways might as well get something in return. Great selection. cold is always cold
