I used to shop here quite a bit as they have a pretty good beer selection and a very large bourbon selection. A while back, I asked about a specific bottle of single barrel and was told "yeah, we do. But it's one of those things where I need to know your name, you need to know mine and you come in here and buy a lot." in the middle of this very arrogant exchange a man in the back decided to start yelling sarcastic comments. I felt unwelcomed and decided to stop spending my money there. Additionally, I described this to quite few people over that weekend who've also decided not to shop there.

Wide selection of craft beers plus some unique items I've not seen elsewhere.

I moved to the neighborhood 2 years ago. I spend more than intended on each visit because I'm always finding something new to try, and 99% of the time that drink becomes a new favorite. I've visited other liquors stores in the last 2 years and each time I'm disappointed with the selection and wish that I had visited City View instead.

Great selection. Had the Wisconsin brewery I was looking for (3 Sheeps). Informative and friendly staff. Returned today. Found Angel's Envy Rye Whisky on the top shelf!

Prices are decent, you can still save a couple bucks if not more on most items if you go to woodman's instead. However it's in a more convenient location and the beer selection is pretty solid. Though stock being more limited means seasonals may run out sooner.
