This review is only for the online pick up process. They don't staff the area designated for online pick up orders even when you reserve a time; and the number you're instructed to call when you arrive goes to a voice-mail. It's very inefficient and not worth the time. Which is surprising, since they had 2 years of a pandemic to figure out a system.

Friendly and courteous people that work at the Eastside HY-Vee in the store and in wine &Spirits

Selection is somewhat limited in comparison to say Woodmans or Total Wine. However there customer service and staff go above and beyond. Checking out in the liquor store is always 10 times easier than in the store itself and the staff is always friendly and have never complained that I come in with 10 or 20 food items and am only picking up a six pack of what I need. Prices are always either equal to that of Woodmans or I end up finding something on super clearance like the holiday advent beer calendar for $20. I enjoy the Brit version of strongbow cider as its the only cider available in this country that isn't a total sugar gut bomb and the price is actually cheaper than anywhere I have found it at. Being not such a popular choice in America they only stocked about two 4 pack silo cans so i talked to the liquor manager and now they stock about 6 of the 4 packs at any given time. Parking is easy as well as there are front row spots next to that weird take out thing they are building. I was kind of hoping they were building a service station or car wash but apparently its some sort of food pickup center with drive thru service.
