Went in for a 13.73 transaction said my card declined, went to ATM right inside store and it worked. Talk to chase bank said my transaction never declined so he got paid 13.73 twice plus their ATM surcharge. Ended up spending 32.46 on a 13.73 transactions. Thieves!!!!!! Shiesty!!!!! #ghettoliquorstore
