My family recently moved to Sun Prairie and hosted a big housewarming party. We ordered two kegs from Fuzzy's about 10 days before the party and were assured that was plenty of time. Apparently it was not. We ordered PBR and Central Waters Red. A few days before the party we received a call saying that PBR was not available. We suggested MGD and were told that wouldn't be available either so settled for Miller Lite. Day of the party we picked up the kegs and the Central Waters was wrong, they gave us an IPA instead of the Red. What?? Not at all close to the same "drinkability." On top of it all, one of the two tappers was broken so we had to go back during the party for a new tapper. We complained about their inability to fill the order and were given the run-around for more than a week. No discount, no refund. We were promised a free case of beer but that it would come in a week and they would call us. (Really, you don't have a case you could give us now? You're a liquor store, right?) No follow up call ever came. Bottom line - customer service was terrible. If you screw up an order (especially an order for over $300) I would expect you to make it right. Fuzzy's didn't. Too bad for them, we're new residents of Sun Prairie who appreciate good drinks and supporting local businesses. We could have been great customers for years. But we'll never go back again and plan to spread the word about this story.
