After a very long day a few months ago, we ended up in Pinedale, WY, and what a fantastic discovery this was! Tim gave us a tour and was an absolute fountain of knowledge and hospitality. In all my travels I can honestly say his distillery is one of the most unique out there producing incredible products. Don’t overlook the barrel infused maple syrup either because it’s amazing just like everything else there! Absolutely worth the trip there whether along your route or even a worthy detour!

My favorite distillery experience ever and I've visited a few in Kentucky. The owner/master distiller was on site and gave us free tasting and then a tour of process. He even opened a barrel to give us a taste right out of barrel. Everything was excellent, from bourbon to vodka to rum. Even the maple syrup aged in whiskey barrels was superb. It was hard to choose what to buy without overspending. I never expected to visit a distillery in WY but we are so glad we did.

Our family stopped in to check out this distillery while camping near Pinedale. We were impressed with the owner, Tim. His knowledge was expansive. More than that he was a true gentleman. He cares about providing a quality product for his customers, which exceeds all expectations. The incredible flavors of rum, gin and oh boy the whiskey cannot be beat. They are complex, pleasant and memorable. Tim embodies the true nature of country living, by demonstrating community care and hospitality. I will always buy and enjoy these spirits.

This was an unexpected highlight of our road trip. We happened to catch the owner/master distiller behind the counter in the cabin tasting room and got an incredible education and a tour of the distillery in addition to tasting a wide variety of some really delicious spirits. Just a great experience and highly recommend if you’re traveling this way!

I don't write reviews or give 5 stars unless my expectations are truly exceeded, and my experience at Cowboy Country Distilling was beyond worthy! Tim, the master distiller not only has incredible passion for what he does, but also for the place and the people that make it possible. Tim has truly mastered his craft, making some smooooth libations (and maple syrups) that will have you wishing you purchased more! I am a Wyoming native and this is by far one of our best kept secrets! I will definitely be back for more!
