Had the Chartreuse I wanted at a good price, and very friendly staff!

I have been going to this BC liqour store for years and the place is always clean, well stocked and the sales associates have always been friendly, greet well and at times even start a conversation. I give the store and the old associates a 5 stars. The reason for the 2 stars, there is a new sales associate that works there now of Asian descent, her costumer service skills are horrible, she has a horrible attitude and does not smile especially towards people of color. I have now had 2 experiences with this sales associate were she has smiled, asked if they wanted a bag and or wanted their receipt to caucasian costumers in line in front of us or behind us but not the same for myself or husband who are people of color. We don't get a hello or even be asked for a bag or receipt from the purchase. This community and area is very diverse and you should be treating all costumers with the same service.

Excellent customer service, staff are very helpful and friendly they go above and beyond. They ordered my favourite beer for me as it was not regularly stocked in their store. Fantastic shopping experience. Highly recommended.

This store is good. Staffs are friendly and kind. But I would give 5 stars to the other store on Cambie St.
