Nothing short of outstanding customer service by Drew and his team at the Cascadia shop in Langford! We had some special requests for an order that we needed help with and Drew and his team made extra efforts to communicate with us and ensure that they had the products we needed. They also helped tremendously to provide appropriate packaging and coordinate the delivery that was required. Exceptional service!

UPDATE: I had a good conversation with Jay as well as Keegan (one of the store managers). I'm happy to say this situation has been resolved to my satisfaction. I will be returning to this store to shop once again. This is a good thing because this location really does have a great variety of individual cans/bottles of beer. 😊 Very unhappy with my experience tonight. For many years my (under age) son and I have been going to this location several times a year to buy a variety of interesting individual cans/bottles of beer for my husband (usually for Father's day, Christmas and his birthday). It's something we enjoy doing together. We take our time selecting each beer and my husband enjoys receiving them. Sometimes he even finds a new favorite. My son and I were at the store tonight picking out beer for my husband's upcoming birthday. I also selected some cider and a bottle of Port for myself. When we got to the till, the cashier asked my son for his ID. I said that he is under age, I was paying and none of this was for him. The cashier said because my son had been handling the merchandise they could not sell the products to me. I was shocked and disappointed. I explained it was for my husband's birthday and that we've done this many times. Why had we never been told about this before? Why did no one come and talk to us while we were picking out the beer tonight? I asked to speak to a manager. He took quite some time to come to the front of the store while a line up formed behind me. My son went to wait in the car. The manager said the same thing as the cashier even though I explained what we were doing and that we'd done it many times before. The total of my bill would have been around $175. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

Literally 1/3 of the fridge is empty but there is “no space” for gluten free beer quality in the fridge. So lame. The manager followed up with me. He Made things better.

I have been very impressed with the customer service at the Cascadia Langford location, in particular with the General Manager, Drew Leedham and staff, Jasmine. I've ordered gifts to be delivered on two separate occasions and received such excellent and individualized attention. They have been so helpful, kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!
