My husband was denied service Saturday afternoon because my grandson went in the store with him. He didn't touch or handle any liquor. He merely stood beside his grandfather. The clerk also said he'd call the other liquor store in Parksville so we couldnt purchase there either. We had no intention of purchasing liquor for the grandchild. Assumptions were made. He was incorrect. We will not shop at your establishment again. Please Educate your clerks

My favourite spot to find new ciders to try as there is a great selection. Always pleased with the service here, and the additional doggie snacks at the till are much appreciated!

Friendly customer service, helped us find what we were looking for and also gave some recommendations. Will definitely come again

Not enough stock rotation on the craft dark beer. I had to return beer due to over fermentation, but they wouldn’t give me credit for the opened undrinkable beer. Worse, 2 months later I stupidly assumed they got new stock in as beer in photo was now in fridge and bought it again. Same old beer that I returned resold to me.
