This LCBO is located on the second floor of the Lablaws supermarket. I could find my favourite buzz in a blink. Cashiers were well behaved. Also, it's clean, and the shelves are organized.

I have found the Staff to be courteous and helpful. Yes, limited stock due to smallish size. I say get rid of Joe Fresh and expand. But they do have my preferred brands...pictures included...minus some Greek wines I enjoy. Easy access to their second floor location by escalator or elevator from inside Loblaw's. Note: Isles are at times cluttered and difficult to manoeuvre. Adjoining tables outside of store available for eating/coffee, etc.

The cashiers here don't seem to enjoy being cashiers, so don't expect good custom service from them. I bought beer from here a couple of times and was served by different cashiers, and they all seemed really grumpy.

There is nothing wrong with this LCBO, it is just smaller than average, so selection and stock is limited. They have all the basics covered though. The LCBO is conveniently above a Loblaws. If you can't find what you need here, it is a 5 minute walk to a much larger LCBO at 547 Yonge St.

Picked up some coolers that were on sale. When I went to the cashier to pay for it, it rang in as regular price. I mentioned to the cashier that they were on sale. She left the cash to follow me to the section and removed the price. When she read the fine print it said till July 17th. Yesterday was August 1st. When I told her I should get it for that price, she called over a lady named Amanda. This person went on to say she could only give me one can at the sale price but the remaining 5 cans would be at regular price. I said they should honour the price. She was mad that I was asking for this. It was principle for me. She finally stormed away to the office to speak to Jim (manager). He came out of the office and agreed to the price. Amanda should not be working in a customer service role because she has not one ounce of customer service in her... Demote her if she is in management!!!
