I really liked my visit to this store and I will ensure I visit this one more even though it’s 1.4km from my house. The location & proximity to the mall and their assortment of drinks (I found really good Sicilian Limoncello) were a great upside to my visit. I didn’t interact with the staff apart from during checkout so I can’t comment on the staff. However, they seemed to not have multiple assortment of Canadian maple whiskey. I could only find Cabot Trail and I really wanted Sortilège. Apart from that, a very good shop for drinks.

Very considerate and personalized service here. Staff patiently offer excellent recommendations for food and wine pairing at this location. I like to keep a selection of wines for various dinner party menus, and the staff here have constantly nailed every food pairing. Further, they've recommended excellent options for different budgets, so one can savour a fine, sophisticated wine as the first bottle, and then follow-up with something more budget-friendly, but equally appropriate for pairing. **note: I would love to see an expanded vintages section...

Awesome staff! My wine bottle accidentally fell thru my bag! One of the staff members was very kind and very calm and absolutely professional! Replaced me with another bottle free of charge! Deserved a credit!

This is for the store thats located at Dufferin Mall. Came in today to buy a gift for someone. I felt that security guard was watching me constantly with other employees as if I were there to steal something. Totally unacceptable and rude employee behavior. Not going back there again! 😒👎👎👎🥃🍾
