I had a very upsetting experience with one cashier at this location. I was purchasing a cooler sometime between 5pm-6pm on October 24. I did not get the guy’s name but he was an older guy with grey hair. I presented my cooler and my ONTARIO’s drivers license on the counter. He takes a look at in then says to me, “You look like you’re 13”. I wasn’t sure what to even say to this. It feels insulting, no young adult wants to be told they look like they should be in middle school. I told him I wasn’t 13 and he told me my ID looked fake. I then told him I have my Ontario health card in my car because I left my wallet there and only need my phone to pay. I offered to go get it but he looked very annoyed, rolling his eyes, and didn’t give me a clear answer on what I should do. He then told me he just needs to see another photo so I gave him my university student ID which i had on my keys. After looking at both IDs he says, “I don’t believe you but whatever, here you go”. This was the worst service I have ever gotten at the LCBO before.

Small location, not alot of selection. Good place if you are looking for mainline beers and wines. Location in Leaside village about a 10 min walk has better selection and some harder to find items

Always seems to be out of one genre of spirit that I need when I go in, but employees are always nice and it's an easy layout of products to folind what you need. Limited selection in general because it's small but it does the job!

Kind customer service except for the one tall black woman with short hair. Clearly she was a racist because her attitude between our couple and the white person behind us was totally different. Her behaviour was so disrespectful by looking at us like she hates these asians bothering her(we were just at the counter to pay for the bottles) while she so conveniently changed her voice and face to a very nice posture saying 'hi, how are you doing today?' to the customer behind us. She didn't even say hi to us. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience to our couple, and I am disappointed at LCBO that they can't filter racists for the position which requires to communicate with many races. Hope this could be improved.
